Description of Phosphoric Acid
Property: Phosphoric acid is colorless, transparent and syrupy liquid with specific gravit of 1.70. It dissolves into the water and releases heat. Under high temperature it will lose water and generate the pyrophosphoric acid and metaphosphoric acid. It will crystallize after long-term cooling.It is caustic, easily-hygroscopic and hermetically stored.

Usage:
As acidulant, it's used in seasoning, canned food and cooling drink as well as the nutrient of barm. It can be the
